Should I hire an event planner?
It depends! Many people are afraid that an event planner will take over the "fun" activities of planning an event, or turn it into something that they want for themselves. However, planning any event is a lot of work and perfect, easy, execution is key. An event planner is there to simply facilitate the planning. R.S.V.P can make sure you make your reservations on time, help coordinate themes, people and timing, and provide creative ideas on how to make your event uniquely you. We will only undertake the tasks that you want us to and can often provide you with discounts for the vendors you would hire anyway. More importantly, we can be there on your big day to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that you get to enjoy your own event.
Can I afford an event planner?
Of course! R.S.V.P. will work with your budget and customize a package just for you. No event is too small for R.S.V.P; even a small cocktail party is less stressful when someone else is there to help with the details.
Are event planners available when I need them to be?
Yes! R.S.VP. will plan your event from start to finish and will provide you with a direct phone number and email address to contact us at any time of day. While we may not always be readily available, we will always return clients’ inquiries within 24 hours.
Does R.S.V.P. travel?
Yes. While R.S.V.P. is based in Connecticut, your event planner can travel to anywhere you need. However, the client will be responsible for out-of-state travel expenses.
Can I use any vendors I choose?
Absolutely! R.S.V.P. does recommend vendors who share our expectations for quality and service to guarantee the memorable occasion you deserve. However, clients are free to choose any vendor they want. R.S.V.P. will work closely with any chosen vendor to ensure a seamlessly executed event.
